EasyPatch App

Puede usar la App EasyPatch para monitorizar y controlar su bomba de parche y el sistema CGM de forma inalámbrica.

No necesita llevarse el PDM si usa la App EasyPatch con la bomba de insulina y el sistema CGM.

Si está usando un dispositivo inteligente con iOS, puede descargarse la App Easypatch

de Medtrum desde el App Store de Apple.

• Dispositivos inteligentes compatibles iPhone: 5C, 5S, 6, 6S, 7Plus, 8, X, XR, XS, XS MAX y 11.
• Los sistemas operativos compatibles son: IOS 9.3.5 o superior

Si está usando un dispositivo inteligente con el sistema Android, puede descargarse la App móvil EasyPatch de Medtrum desde el Google Play.

• Dispositivos inteligentes compatibles:
  • Samsung: Galaxy S7 Edge, S8, S10e, A40, A9, J3, J5 y Note 10.

• Los sistemas operativos compatibles son: Android 8.0 o superior.

Set the following for your EasyPatch App:
1.Bluetooth: available and turn on
2.Silent and Do Not Disturb: turn off
3.Volume: loud enough for you to hear alerts and reminders.
4.Intenet: Make sure your smart device settings allow EasyPatch App to use WLAN and mobile data.
5.Camera: Grant EasyPatch access to camera.
6.Notification: Turn on notifications for EasyPatch App.
7.Time: Do not change your smart device’s time because it can make the time on the monitor screen wrong.
8.Battery saving mode: Do not activate low battery usage mode. Otherwise, the app will stop uploading data in background.
9.EasyPatch App is open and running in the background.
10.Restart the EasyPatch App after your smart device is restarted.
11.If you installed the App on an IOS device, make sure the background refresh for EasyPatch App is turned on.
12. If you installed the App on an Android device, make sure you allow the App to access the device’s location so that the App can use the Bluetooth feature.
13.Make sure EasyPatch App is locked in the background.
14.Open auto run in the smart manage (Samsung).

After you open the app and enter the login screen, tap “Register” to enter the Register screen, tap the national flag on the top right corner and select your country, and register with your email address.

To connect your CGM with the EasyPatch App:
1.Go to Settings -> CGM .
2.Tap Add Transmitter, scan the QR code or enter the transmitter SN on the surface of your transmitter or on the product box.
3.Tap Connect Sensor in Settings -> CGM.
To connect your patch pump with the EasyPatch App:
1.Go to Settings -> Insulin Delivery.
2.Tap Add Pump Base SN, scan the QR code or enter the pump base SN on the surface of your pump base or on the product box.
3.Tap New Patch in Settings -> Insulin Delivery, follow the on-screen instruction to activate the patch pump.
